No Active ingredients are used in this product. Zero smoke use scientific principles of Auricular Therapy recognized by the FDA.
How Does ZeroSmoke Work? Quit Smoking Without Patches, Pills, and Gum The magnets should be used from a minimum of 3 hours to a maximum of 4 hours a day. If possible, use at home or at a time when you are calmest. The magnets are two different sizes. The smaller magnet is placed in front of the ear and the larger behind the ear.
The inherent property of the magnets keeps them in place by attraction, and there is no risk of them falling off. This process is carried out for 6 to 7 days during which you can continue to smoke normally. On the seventh day, if you have not already done so, stop smoking. You will find it very easy to stop smoking because the magnets have already induced the production of endorphins that remove the craving to smoke.
Continue to use the magnets for 20 to 25 days and follow the instructions and advice given in the manual QUIT. After using ZerosmokeŽ, when you are offered a cigarette, you will be able to give the satisfied reply: "No thanks, I've stopped smoking"
